We’ve found that the best way to quickly book a spot as new classes come online as well as manage your account and membership is by downloading and using our SSP app and creating a profile.

Class Type Descriptions:

SSP Sculpt is your resistance-focused, strengthening workout. Designed with pilates and Lagree-inspired moves in mind, this class focuses on control and precision working deep into the muscles to make them burn and tremble.

SSP Sweat is your total body workout, combining cardio bursts, functional training, and challenging elements of pilates. If you’re looking to increase the intensity (and sweatiness) of your body-sculpting routine, come in and get your SSP Sweat on!

SSP Strength is the perfect blend of pilates/Lagree and weight training. You can expect to do a combination of Lagree-inspired movements on the Miniformer Pro and strengthening exercises using heavier weights and kettlebells on the mat. This class is designed to target all aspects of each major muscle group giving you a complete, well- rounded burn.

SSP Flow and Tone focuses on breath work through sculpting, resistance based movement. You can expect to flow and tone on our Lagree Miniformer machines and finish each class with a grounding stretch. SSP Flow and Tone instructors offer an energetic and invigorating practice with a restorative twist. Music will be hype.

An (Uncensored) class means you can expect the indicated class type, just without the f*cking lyrics bleeped. Be warned, anything goes.

Scheduling Policies:

  • Cancelation window for all classes is 4 hours before class start time

  • For all clients (except unlimited members) late cancel / no show fee is loss of class credit

  • Unlimited members will be charged a $14 fee for late cancel/ no show
